Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design and order volume.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship orders through USPS and other available carriers when appropriate.

Shipping options are displayed at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been shipped, STICKERAFT is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS or other carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Customs processing

  • Events beyond our control

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Some lower-cost shipping methods may include limited tracking or no tracking depending on the shipping service selected.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we cannot guarantee carrier performance, we will do our best to assist you in locating your package and resolving shipping issues.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom orders are produced specifically for each customer and may require additional processing time before shipment.

Please allow extra time during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
