We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello.stickeraft@gmail.com and include photos of the issue whenever possible.

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All personalized and custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom names

  • Business names

  • QR codes

  • Social media usernames

  • Website URLs

  • Custom text or designs

Because these products are made specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless an error was made by STICKERAFT.

Please note:

  • If incorrect personalization details were provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund, replacement, or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing all customization details carefully before placing an order.

  • If STICKERAFT makes an error that differs from the information provided or approved by the customer, we will gladly reprint or refund the order at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Used or opened products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item qualifies for return, the fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
